The Sigma Hose System is designed for the hydraulic or pneumatic conveyance of abrasive materials such as sand, cement, powders, minerals, dry animal feed, grain, wood shavings etc.
The construction consists of a highly abrasion resistant anti-static lining, textile and helical wire reinforcement, and an electrically conductive, oil weather and sea water resistant outer cover. Food grade and acid resistant compounds for the lining are also available.
Supplied as a system, the external flanges are easy to fit and offer great flexibilty in length and easy replacement of the hose component. Bore sizes available range from 51mm (2") to 457mm (18").
